Feasibility studies are analyses that occur prior to the implementation of a project when an Owner or purchaser intends to upgrade the existing building systems to accommodate changing occupancy requirements, inadequate performance or excessive operating costs. A study includes  recommendations for improved HVAC zoning, energy efficient lighting, building control systems, emergency systems and plumbing upgrades.
