Strategic Alliances

In order to expand our technical capabilities and marketing focus, Thompson Design has established strategic alliances over the years with other consulting engineering firms.

We have, for instance, worked together for over 25 years with Norton & Schmidt Consulting Engineers performing over 500 Property Condition Assessments throughout the country, with Norton & Schmidt providing structural and civil engineering services and Thompson Design providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Whenever the size of a design project has exceeded the manpower requirements of our smaller firm, we have utilized the engineers and technicians of EDM Incorporated., our former parent company.  Our cooperative relationship spans some 30 years.
