Wayne has over thirty years experience performing MEP system and economic analyses of existing buildings for property managers, owners and architects. As a CCIM designee, he analyzes the investment potential of an existing building by means of a discounted cash flow analysis prior to committing capital funds for energy or equipment upgrades. He has performed more than 500 property condition assessments for mortgage lenders, investors and owners of real estate property. With a particular expertise in water-source heat pumps, he has designed systems, including geothermal, for over 2M square feet of building space.

For more than 25 years, Melanie has managed the day to day operations of the company including marketing, client development, public relations, communications, project coordination, human resources and community activities. She works closely with our accounting and insurance advisors. A retired educator, Melanie attended St. Olaf College and graduated from Kansas State University. She has been active in numerous community organizations providing marketing, PR, fund development, management and event planning leadership.
