Adaptive Reuse Studies

Adaptive reuse studies are feasibility studies that are commonly undertaken when an old, possibly historic, building can no longer be economically occupied in accordance with its originally intended use. Evaluating upgraded mechanical and electrical systems for viable alternative uses or ownership often prolongs the building’s economic life, and avoids the loss of a popular landmark with historic, cultural or architectural significance.
