Elevator modernizations are performed when maintenance, repair and energy costs increase over time, and requirements of the recent editions of ASME A17.1 (Elevator Code) are enforced by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Services include a Design Analysis, which identifies code and MEP deficiencies and recommends design solutions, including code required emergency generators.  Construction documents include specifications for elevator equipment, MEP system requirements, and drawings for competitive bidding.
