Owner’s Representative design-build services are provided to protect the Owner’s interests when a Contractor, who is the entity in contract with the Owner, provides design services either by using independent Engineers as subcontractors, or his own employees, in an integrated Design-build Company.  An Owner’s Representative provides minimum requirement drawings and specifications for competitive bidding by Design-build Contractors, and represents the Owner throughout the project.
